David if you want to succeed in this business you have to be a team player. It took me a few years to truley understand this concept. I have been in business for the last 30 years as a custom cabinet maker. I was the team there was no one to ture to. I am so glade to finally have good friends and team m ates that are willing to help me in areas that I lack in. To be a real team player you have to know what your good at and what your not good at. Then when you need help you know who to call on to get you and your team where we all need to be in life.

David, great post man. I particularly like numbers 5 and 6. For me, those are the real quick indicators of whether or not I am working with a team player or not. I think sometimes people forget that *Many hands make light work* or just want all the *credit* for themselves. Me? I would rather work with a team! Thanks for sharing.
