David, learning what it means to feel centred is not a thing anyone can measure or define. It is only something you learn to feel. As a person evolves to sense identity as an energy being, then human labels and descriptions lose meaning. To develop the will to better understand the self is a helpful thing to do.

Yes Liara,

It is all about learning to be centered at the centre of our beings.

I thank you so much for leaving lots of golden nuggets in your comments for me to learn from and apply.

Thanks.

T'ai chi is a serene way to reorient focus. It helps a person relocate or recreate that feeling of being "centred." The challenge is to deliberately and consciously find your way back to such perceptions at will without tai chi. Peaceful martial arts offer helpful tools to strengthen mental discipline.

David, I love the way you are connecting and engaging with other blog readers through twitter and leaving comments. All of that will help you get through your blocks - and see your ideas featured on other sites, like mine!
